    Default Master Bomber St Vith December 26th 1944

    Hi,

    Hope someone can tell me the squadron, and the Master Bomber for the daylight operation against St Vith on Boxing Day 1944.

    Hello ,

    N 10 , N76 and N 101 Sqdn lost each an a/c on this raid. In total 146 Lancasters,136 Halifaxes and 12 Mosquito's took part in this raid.

    635 Squadron - Master Bomber was W/C S. Baker, Deputy was F/L P.R. Mellor.
