Who was the pilot of this Spitfire which made a forcedlanding near Maldegem (Belgium) due to fuelstarvation in bad weather ?

These are the informations I got from the 350 Squadron ORB:

"Form 540

Weather : Fair
Operations : patrols

1500-1655

F/L Seydel, F/O Duchateau, F/S Jaminé, P/O Donck ran into snowstorm

Seydel and Duchateau landed at Ursel
Jaminé crashed at Maldegem
Doncq landed in a field

RM623 Duchateau " 15.00-17.05 “ “ B61
RB189 Jaminé " 15.00-17.20 Crashed MOLDEGHEM

The ORB mentions RB145 in a mission earlier that day flown by Mehuys. But no mention of crashlanding on that mission.
