Default Crash of Wellington HE103 in Wales

On the night of 9/10 February 1943 Wellington Mk 1c HE103, flying out of RAF Dale, ran out of fuel and crashed in Wales. The Squadron ORB states that Ladro's plane was badly shot up but all three of the other aircraft flying that night had uneventful missions. Somebody has got it badly wrong! Can anyone give me further information on this loss. Many thanks.
