    Default Bristol Beaufort AW271 crash 30/4/42 ?

Hope someone maybe able to assist please

I am trying to trace the third crew member of a CCDU Beaufort AW271 based at Ballkelly which was carrying out tests on a static line for parachutes when a "chute" became entagled with the tail of the Beaufort and it crashed in the grounds of a Church of Ireland Rectory killing the crew of three on the 30/4/42

Two crew members maybe Flt Sgt Stanley Frederick Chadwick and Flt Lt A D Livingstone who died 30/4/42 but needs confirming

    Any information welcome
