Default Sgt Wilfred Charles Scarlett 56776

I am researching this SNCO, a flight engineer in 149 Sqn RAF, who was killed on 30 Jun 42 over Holland. It seems that he married Moreen V Ings shortly before his death and she lived in the village of Martin in Hampshire; my particular local interest. Does anyone have information that might help? Details of his service would be a great starter.
    Many thanks,
    Acknown

Thank you, Alan. Do you have his aircraft 'serial number' (I hope this is the right term), I assume a Stirling flying out of Lakenheath.

    Alan,
That's great, many thanks. I don't need all the serials, thanks, but any details of how the aircraft was lost and the rest of the crew would be appreciated, along with any family details you might have (next of kin etc.).
    Best wishes,

    Acknown, Hi,
Moreen re-Married in 1945 (Lane). She was on the Electoral Register in Fordingbridge in 2004 - so might have been back in Martin?

Peter - Thank you. Moreen is interred in the churchyard at Martin, hence the enquiry.
