Default Registrations sought for Halifax & Wellington lost in Devon & Somerset

Grateful for any leads on the full identity (acft reg/sqn code letters) of the following two aircraft losses in the South West during WWII

    1. The 295 Sqn Halifax which crashed at Ashley Combe, Somerset on 11/06/43

An alternative location of this accident is given as Porlock Weir

    2. The 407 RCAF Sqn Wellington that crashed close to the (now disused) railway line on the outskirts of Bideford, Devon on 07/03/45

Multiple internet searches for this return as "P-Peter" only . . .

Thanks in advance for any information

    Hello,

    11-6-1943
    No.295 Sqn
    Halifax V EB132

Flew into high ground in bad weather, Ashley Combe, Porlock Weir, Somerset. Destroyed by fire.

https://www.awm.gov.au/images/collec...25_007--1-.pdf see:p.296 of 308 (Albeit, misindentifying the Halifax as ES132, and other annoying minor errors).
