Sturtivant's Fleet Air Arm Aircraft 1939-1945 has him in Fulmar X8801 of 808 Sqn, collided with Fulmar X8804 on section attacks and dived into Strangford Lough, killing all four crew members - S/L H. M. S. Lister, L/A R. N. Orme in X8801 and Lt. R. J. O. O'Neill-Roe, AC1 P. Rose in X8804.

    Hello,
Just to confirm Simon's post it does have S/L HMS Lister & LA RN Or me both killed.
X8801 collided with X8804 while on section attack and dived into Strangford Lough.
For X8804 it has Lt RJO O'Neill-Roe & AC1 P Rose RAF both killed. This a/c also dived into the Lough.
