    Default F1180 for Halifax NA248 of 517 Squadron 2 Oct 1945

Does anyone have the F1180 for NA248, which was lost during a routine met reconnaisance operation over Biscay on 2 October 1945. My understanding from the Halifax File and Cummings' The Price of Peace, is that it was lost at approximately 46.5 d N 10.5 d W. At this position the aircraft should have been flying at about 18000 ft, leaving one to wonder why a Mayday was not transmitted.

I'm aware of the 2007 archived thread http://www.rafcommands.com/archive/18808.php, but this did not include a reference to the F1180.
