    Default September 19th, 1945 crash

    Hello,
Can anyone tell me just who were the crew and passengers on Hudson FK674 that crashed on the 19th September, 1945.
From what I have some were of high rank.

    Thanks
    Alex

Gives the name of the Pilot as 'Flight-Lieut. D. A. Derby, D.F.C.'

The Lancashire Evening Post of January 29th 1946 reported the following as the four high-ranking passengers:

Major General Horace Leslie Birks, D.S.O.
Brigadier Henry Robert Bowreman Foote, V.C., D.S.O.
    Brigadier Timmis
    Brigadier J. L. C. Napier

    Regards

    Simon
