    OOSTHUIZEN, G. J. D. - Air Cpl - 61579V

    Gert Jeremias Daniel Oosthuizen
Died at Jetty Street, Port Elizabeth, 'Cause of Death to follow'

I have found a couple of these marked the same regarding cause of death, but there seems to be no amendment or memo added to the file.
Note that his age is given as 39 and some other details also differ from the CWGC, however his name, service number, DoD, etc. all match.
