    Hello

A little more on the following:

    UK
BUCKLEY, Fred - Cpl - 1017575 - I think this may be the same chap, as the home address matches the place of burial:

The Yorkshire Evening Post of August 6th 1946 reported:

    KILLED BY A PIN
    Illness Puzzled Doctors
A lorry driver's seven month illness which puzzled doctors and ended fatally was stated at a Liverpool inquest today to have been caused by a pin.
When a post-mortem examination was performed on Fred Buckley (32), Annerley Street, Denaby Main, near Doncaster, the pin was found embedded in his liver.
Recording an open verdict, the Coroner said there was no indication of how long the pin had been in Buckley's body, or how it came to be there.

    Regards

    Simon
