Default P/O John Harry REYNOLDS 113 Sqn

Hi I have accounts of what happened to this man. Three things are missing. First the aircraft number he was flying - I believe it was a Blenheim. Second how he was shot. Appartently one version has it enemy fire and another accidentally shot by his own air gunner. Thirdly what was the operation they were on. Any thoughts?
