    Default F/S D. MacLean/McLean R112294 90 Squadron 1944 which is correct?

    Hello,

Can any RCAF experts help resolve an issue regarding F/S D. MacLean/McLean service number R112294? He served as a pilot with 90 Squadron in 1944 and is entered in the ORBs with the two different spellings in almost alternate entries. Maybe a different person was completing the ORBs each time. I have searched online, but not found anything (perhaps I've missed something), so any help would be great.

    Thanks,

    Sam

    Dear Richard and Mojmir,

Thanks for your responses. It's something I've been wondering about for a while, so it's great to finally clear that up! I knew this was the right place to ask!

    Thanks again,

    Sam
