A very late reply (apologies!), and thank you for the replies.
I can answer the question about the oval-shaped window in the Flickr photo being different to the smaller rectangular one in the photo on the American Air Museum website.
The chapter on the Liberator in Martin Streetly's 'The Aircraft of 100 Group' book has the following:
Aft of the nose turret, the windows in the nose area came in for much attention. In all cases, the astrodome and its fairing were removed and replaced with a metal plate. The standard side windows also seem to have been replaced with a larger flush fitting unit.
The Air Britain book 'The Liberator in the R.A.F. and Commonwealth Service' confirms TS532 was 44-40380.
