Default Flight Lieutenant 145078 Michael T Barber, 100 Personnel Dispersal Centre - Vol Res

I'm trying to find out where and when Flight Lieutenant 145078 Michael Timothy Barber (RAF Volunteer Reserve) enlisted. If a photo of him was available, that would be ideal.

He was born third quarter 1923 Portsmouth, Hampshire and died 22/10/1946 (Lost his life as part of a four-man crew whilst on a reconnaissance mission in Avro Anson EG192 from RAF Leuchars).

Son of The Late Gerald Willoughby and Dorothy Mary Barber of 54 Wimborne Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire

    Any help very much appreciated!

    HTSCF, Hi,
If Baber's b. was Reg Q3 1923, then he would have been 18 in Q3 1941. His Cmd (from LAC) gives an OR No of 1318435. This is in the RAFVR Block 1311745-1325000 issued at Oxford between 1 Nov 1940 and 31 Aug 1941. My (experimental!!) program gives 2 Apr 1941 - this seems reasonable.
