Default No. 6 (C) OTU pilot F/O Shannon, March 1942

Hi all, I am trying to establish an identity of F/O Shannon, who was a a pilot with No. 6 (C) OTU during March 1942 and he also acted as Lysander TT pilot.
If anyone would have ORB of No. 6 (C) OTU for March 1942 or moths around? I will be thankful for check if there is his full identity and any particular particular flights done by him.

I have find several candidates in the LG but I have no key how to identify the correct one (also there might be some more):

    F/O 27.7.41
    Hugo SHANNON (83254)

    F/O 18.9.41
    E. M. SHANNON (86419)

    F/O 20.10.41
    J. E. SHANNON (87419)

    F/O 26.9.41
    G. J. SHANNON (60576)

    F/O 27. 7.42
    H. SHANNON (83254)

    F/O ?? but already in January 1943
    David John SHANNON (Aus 407729)

    Any help much appreciated

    TIA

Hi Colin, thank you for laying out one of the candidates.
It seem to me the only possibility would be to check the 6 (C) OTU ORB if there will be more details about him when posted in/out.

Hi all, I am not able to find the No. 6 (C) ORB for March 1942 in the TNA catalogue - anyone can advice a reference number please? Or this ORB has not survived?

    TIA

    Hi Pavel,
I don't know if this fits or not but ...

ROYAL AIR FORCE: Squadrons and Units (Code B, 67/34): No. 236 Coastal Operational Conversion Unit formerly No. 6 O.T.U: training requirements.

    Hi Bruce,

thank you for your effort but I am afraid it is not an ORB.
