    2 - Sea Hurricane Ib - 759 Sqn - V6700 - S/Lt. R.K.Weeks, killed. Baled out too low.
    3 - Seafire In - 761 Sqn - PA106 ( Ex EN764 ) - S/Lt. C.F.Ruck-Keene - killed.
    3 - Albacore I - 841 Sqn - BF777 - S/Lt. F.W.E. Dixon, killed. S/Lt. F.R.Schofield injured.
    4 - Walrus II - 764 Sqn - W3031 - MiD. B.G.Bridgewater, killed. S/Lt. F.Smallwood, OK.
    10 - Walrus I - 751 Sqn - W3023 - S/Lt. D.V.Lynn RNZN and LA. C.G.C.Funny both killed. One Rating ( name ? ) injured.
    10 - Albacore - 754 Sqn - N4167 - Lt. H.M.Pollock, LA. C.H.Grubb, LA. D.T.De Cunha all killed.
    10 - Sea Hurricane In - 759 Sqn - Z4550 - S/Lt. J.A.Brown, RNZN, killed.
    13 - Swordfish I - 785 Sqn - K5953 - Lt. H.T.Hawken, RNZN, AM(A)2. D. Symington, AM(O)2. E.J.Kitt, all killed. AF(E). G. V.Marguerite, DoI.
    6 Sqn - DK715 - S/Lt. I.A.N.Bronson, killed.
    26 - Swordfish II - 816 Sqn - DK683 - S/Lt. A.E.White, safe. S/Lt. R. Blake's and LA. G.N.Jenkins both killed.
    30 - Proctor IIa - 754 Sqn - Z7246 - S/Lt. J.A.Armstrong, PO(Tel) G.W.H.Bagg and 3rd Officer. C.F.Britain WRNS all killed.

    A few Scottish notes from my files.
    10 - Walrus I - 751 Sqn - W3023 - S/Lt. Douglas Vernon LUNN RNZNVR and LA. Geoffrey Charles George CUNY both killed. Survivor was LA. (TAG) R.S Warboys
    10 - Albacore - 754 Sqn - N4167 - Lt. H.M.Pollock, LA. C.H.Grubb, LA. D.T.De Cunha all killed.
    Both aircraft were on a Night Formation exercise and crashed into the same spot on King Kenneth's cairn, Glen Turret, Near Crieff.
    16 - Barracuda - 831 Sqn BV701 ditched off Machrihanish after engine failure, no note of crew or casualties.
    25 - Martlet - 892 Sqn FN246 collided with Spitfire R7336 of 340 Sqn on approach to Ayr. No note of casualties or damage.
    30 - Proctor IIa - 754 Sqn - Z7246 - S/Lt. J.A.Armstrong, PO(Tel) G.W.H.Bagg and 3rd Officer. C.F.Britain WRNS all killed. Crashed at Pathside Farm, Bellie after flying into trees in rain whilst on communications flight to Fearn

    6 Sqn - DK715 - S/Lt. I.A.N.Bronson, killed.

    Should have read as -
    26/8/43 - Swordfish II - 785/786 sqn - FAA - DK715 - S/Lt. I.A.N.Bronson, killed.
