    Hello ,

    Maffre Kenneth Reginald J/7205 from N 415 sqn died on 18/02/1943 , he's buried at Great Bircham St-Mary's churchyard. Can someone help me with some additional info on this man.

    Kenneth Reginald Maffre Note that 'Reginald' does not appear in all records?
    b. 1919 Canada?
    Award 1 Jan 1943 MiD (LG)
    d. 18 Feb 1943 (Reg Fakenham Vol 4b Page 811)

    Peter,

    The RCAF "MAFFRE" that was Mentioned in Despatches on 1/1/1943 (NYHL), was, R77419 Sgt James Cooper MAFFRE RCAF, not Kenneth Reginald.

    Go to http://rcafassociation.ca/heritage/search-awards - click on service number, then enter 77419 in Search Keyword box - Search - hit click to view.
