Default DJ Sale (No. 10 Squadron)

Does anyone have the date on which DJ Sale was posted into No 10 Squadron and whether he arrived with any (or all) of the following crew members:

Heard, Sawyer, Moores, Richards, Elford and Rowley

I would also be interested to know how many sorties the crew undertook (in particular Rowley) before they were posted to No 35 Squadron on 28th January 1943

Your usual help would be much appreciated

Regards (and best wishes for 2019)

    Pete

Have you looked at the online ORB's on TNA?

    Hi Pete,

    as Dennis already suggested:

The crew was posted in on 30.10.42 - see pg 4 + confirmed by his service record available at Ancestry.com

As for number of operations - try to check the ORB previews for Nov, Dec 1942 and Jan 1943:
