Default Flying Officer Patrick Thomas Green 107 sqn

Hi I m very new to this forum
My father in law s father ( the above) was killed in action 5/7/44 flying a mosquito . I am researching the father his son never knew for a surprise birthday in Feb. He has often commented on what his father may have been like.
I am looking into his flying career
He was based at Lasham hants and I know he flew on operations in June 44
His Nav was FO basil Lambert who also died on he 5th June
Can you point me to whiere he may have trained? Canada and his previous operational flying hs Dob was 30 Nov 1922
    Thank you

    Adrian,

For the past year I have been conducting comprehensive research another 107 Squadron crew (Hector Ross & Jack Green) who were killed on the same night and flying the same mission as Patrick Thomas Green and Basil Arthur Lambert.

As a consequence, I have information which would likely be of significant interest to you and your father-in-law.

Please contact me via email at bracken-t(a)bigpond.com

    Regards,

    Tony
