    128758 Cpl Patrick John O'CONNELL RAAF (of RAAF Station HQ, Tocumwal, Victoria), died of an unspecified illness at St. Vincent's Hospital, Fitzroy, Victoria, on 30 April, 1947. Cpl O'Connell has no A705 at the NAA.

    Hello

    FRITH, Eric Henry - F/O - 180475 - the National Probate Calendar records that he died at Radcliffe-on-Trent. His death was reported in the Nottingham Journal of May 1st 1947:

    RADCLIFFE CRASH
    Beeston Man's Fatal Injuries
    As the result of the saloon car in which he was riding overturning on the Nottingham-Grantham road near Radcliffe at 12.30 this morning, Eric Frith, of 32, Coventry Road, Beeston, received injuries from which he died almost immediately.
    The driver, Herbert Farrand (22), or Braemar, Town Street, Bramcote, received slight injuries.
