Default ORB abbreviations: S/I CSU U/S

The 419 Squadron ORB for September 27, 1944 for F/O JA Anderson, KB.786 "P" has the following statement concerning the loss of engines over the target: "Port outer engine U/S S/I CSU U/S." I interpret "U/S" as unserviceable [dad used this abbreviation in his logbook], "S/I" as Starboard Inner. However I am uncertain as to the meaning of CSU. Does anyone have any ideas as to the meaning of this abbreviation?

CSU - possibly constant speed unit.

    U/S would indeed be unserviceable

    Hello

I confirm CSU is Constant Speed Unit, S/I starboard Inner, U/S obviously unserviceable.
