    Hello ,
    0n november 10 1944 Spitfire MK IX NH-474 from the 132 Wing made a crashlanding near Brussels ( Belgium ) after hitting some high electrical tension cables. Who was the pilot ?

    Sorry but I unable to answer your question.
    I do however have the ORB for 132 Wing and the 4 squadrons (66, 127, 331 & 332)
    I have checked all 5 documents and there is no mention of this incident in any.
    All record that the weather was unsuitable for flying.

    According to my references, NH474 was FN-H with 331 Sqn. It was transferred to 132 Wing (sorry, no date) and crashed 9th. November 1944. Transferred to 84 GSU for repairs. No pilot's name.
