Patrick John Thompson 2291108 , attached to Number 62 Rifle Sqyadron, RAF Regiment, was admitted seriously ill to Number 3 RAF Hospital on 13 July suffering with lymphocytic meningitis. Becoming dangerously ill on 18 July, he died of tuberculosis meningitis
