Default Is this a record for excellent service?

Over the years a number of us have complained of the slow service received when attempting to retrieve documents from government bodies/quangos. For example it takes about three weeks for the GRO to process an application for a birth/marriage/death certificate.

With that in mind I wonder if this is a record

Death certificate ordered 3.15 pm 23 May
Document dispatched 11 am 24 May
    Received 8.15 am 25 May

Less than 48 hours from start to finish, that's real service - "Thank you Scotland's People."

Let's hope that Disclosures at Cranwell have read the above - and taken note?
