    Hi,

    Can anyone please tell me in what capacity did Wing Commander L Duggan take up on his arrival at Swanton Morley on Sept 28th 1940.

    And, if possible, when he left?

    From Martin Bowman's, Low Level From Swanton Morley:

    On 28th September (1940), Wing Commander L B Duggan assumed command of the station.
