    Default P/O A H R BROWNE (184501), Beaufighter, Centaurus Flight

    Hi,

    29/09/1944 an ex-Typhoon pilot P/O Andrew Henry Robert BROWNE (184501) crashed on landing in a Beaufighter of the Centaurus Flight.

    Does anyone know the serial number of the aircraft?

    The serial is X7941 which crashed outside the boundary of Filton airfield and burnt out.
