    HOWE, Ernest James - F/Sgt - R/50797 - RCAF.
    Montreal ( Mount Royal ) Cemetery, Quebec, Canada.

    9. 10 .45 transferred to reserve.
    Died in St. Mary's Hospital, Montreal
    Cause of death - Hemopericardium cardiac tamponade due to ruptured dissecting aneurym of ascending aorta.

    HOLD, Gladys Marjorie - Cpl - 449829 - the National Probate Calendar records her as Gladys Margery Hold, and that she died at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton.

    McFARLANE, Jessie Grant - ACW2c - 2154739 - the Birmingham Daily Gazette of October 11th 1947 reported that she died from injuries received in a car accident. She was a passenger in the car which collided with a lorry on the Alcester Road near the junction with Highters Heath Lane, Wythall. The driver of the car and another passenger, also a W.A.A.F., were detained in hospital. The lorry driver was uninjured.

    STONE, Walter William - W/O - 359802 - the National Probate Calendar records that he died at St. Martins Hospital, Bath.

    TUSTIN, Roy Frederick - Navigator II - 3000506 - the Lincolnshire Standard & Boston Guardian of October 18th 1947 reported that he and F/Sgt. Stanley Victor Butler [sic*] were killed when their Mosquito crashed in a field at West Fen, Stickley. They were found injured near the aircraft, and taken to hospital. Tustin was found to be dead on arrival, and Bthe pilot died shortly after admission.
