Default R.A.F. Snaith O.R.B., April and May 1944

    Hello all,

I have a Typhoon pilot from No. 266 Squadron who was attached on a temporary posting to R.A.F. Snaith on 27th April 1944. This temporary posting ended on 6th May 1944.

Snaith being a Bomber Command station, notably home of No. 51 Squadron (Halifax), I wonder about this temporary posting.

In case a forumite may have the relevant period of the station's O.R.B., I'd appreciate if he could check or share.

    Thanks in advance

    Joss

    Hello

Thanks Mojmir for your help and PM. I thought it was a temporary posting for that pilot only, not a full Squadron move.

    Regards

    Joss
