Default 14 OTU operations on 13 Sept 1942 - Hampden loss

Hello All, long time "no see",
I was assisting someone in identifying two men killed on 13 Sep 1942 and the entries on their records say "Flying Battle, Air Operations, Hampden/Hudson sig PX5018 d/15.9.42"
George Coldron's file says he went missing on 13 Sep and he was in a Hampden. Roman Grabek's record, has the same notation and missing date but lists the a/c as a Hudson. I am assuming they were in the same crew.
What air operations was 14 OTU involved in on 13/14 Sep?
    Thanks

Excellent Col, thanks. Very quick work.
Any pointers to info on why OTUs were being included on these raids? I knew about the 1000 plane jobs, but this was a raid on Bremen of 446 a/c. The Hampden was one of 21 losses that night.
