    Default 1578044 Smith

Can anyone shed any light on a HH Smith who served with No 35 Squadron in 1943, before becoming a POW. His service number is shown as 1578044 and the Air 78 Record shows Harold Mornington (possibly) but all other references show HH Smith so this could be Hornington.

I am trying to track down his POW Liberation Questionnaire, but can't find anything for HH or HM Smith.

Any help would be much appreciated

    Regards

    Pete

    Have you come across this:

Although it seems to have those killed swapped with those who became P.o.W.s. in Halifax LW343. See:
