    Default V-1 site "Neudierk"?, France

    Hi all,

I am looking for correct spelling of V-1 site attacked on 27. 5.1 944 as part of Ramrod 929.
It is written in teh ORB as "Neudierk" and I believe it was somewhere to the north of Yvetot.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    TIA

    Hello Pavel

Which is the Squadron involved ? For Ramrod 929E I have target XI/A/37B and XI/A/38 and for Ramrod 929G the target was the chateau at Bailly-en-Rivière. Other attacks of the day had other Ramrod numbers.

I can check AIR 37/713 and/or the code names of /37B and /38.

    I have 312 and 313 engaged in Ramrod 927 C, 11:03 to 12:30, on XI/A/24 at Inval-Boiron (in the Somme) and /XI/A/A/87 (Fontaine-les-Hermans in the Pas-de-Calais). Does it match ?

Hi Joss, there were two of them on this day - 927 11:15 and 929 18:25. I will write you an email with details I have so far (when I will translate my text) and we will see if it would fit into your information.
