PRICE, Charles Edward - Cpl - 516314 - the Merthyr Express of December 16th 1939 reported his death. He was cycling to his depot when he entered a patch of fog and collided with a lorry. He was taken to Salisbury Infirmary, where he died. He had prevoously served in Aden, and left a widow and a baby daughter. A verdict of "accidental death" was recorded.
