    I think you have a mixed the serial number and squadron number, Col; the aircraft was FP107, not FP209; its squadron number was X/209.

    For the record FP107 was flying in the company of four other Catalinas, three of 209 Squadron and one from 265 Squadron.

    Yes, Apologies. I inadvertently popped in FP209 (Brain Fart! 209 Sqn!) Should read FP107. Thanks, will correct.
