BRIGHT, David - AC2c - 935091 - the National Probate Calendar records that he died at The General Hospital, 418 Westgate Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. It records his name as David Atkin Bright.
His death was announced in the Newcastle Journal of January 3rd 1940:
BRIGHT – St. Anthony’s Estate, 2, Kennington Grove, on December 30th (suddenly), aged 22 years, David (wireless operator, R.A.F.), dearly loved son of David and Kate Bright. Interment Heaton Cemetery, Wednesday, with Military Honours; cortege leaves residence 2.15 p.m. All friends and neighbours invited.
