Unaccounted Airmen Project

Dear knowledgeable forum members,

I only recently joined this wonderful forum to make a start with RAF research. I certainly would like to devote my spare time in some good.
As a relatively new member, I'm still working my way through the various forums but the 'Unaccounted Airmen Project' has taken my interest.
I would like to contribute to the project but I'm not sure how? Where should I start from? I wasn't here when Mr Welting was active on the forum so a little guidance on this matter would be much appreciated.

I would say start with querying our databases to find out who are the airmen still unaccounted (or click the links below in the unaccounted rows)

Unaccounted

1472 (4.94%)
