Default Cranwell graduates, Senior Term 1929

    http://cranwellian-ian.com/ewExterna...%20Copy%29.pdf

Does anyone have a sharper reproduction of the Senior Term 1929 class photo than the one included in this pdf?

My grandfather is front and centre and I'd love to have a better reproduction of the picture.

    Thank you.

    Hi William

    Further to Paul's reply.

The graduate photos adorn the walls of College Hall but they don't have copies in the Library, you would need to go to the college to take a photo of the relevant frame yourself.

    Thank you Paul, Malcom.
I've been in touch with the owner of cranwellian website I linked to earlier and he has kindly offered to do some digging. I will try the Cranwell library. I'm afraid I can't visit myself because I live in Japan.

Thank you for this list, Paul,
A number of the names and faces in the graduation photo I recognize from photos in John HP's album and Flying log. They made strong friendships on that course. I was going to say life long friendships. Sadly, many of them died a decade or so later.

    Jagan,
It is a great resource, isn't it?

Have you looked at the 100 Memories document? I was intrigued to see that the 50th article was written by JHP. When I checked my grandfather's Flying log, he was indeed on the 'Blind Flying Course' at CFS Wittering in December 1930.
