Pasting Sections of a Spreadsheet on Rafcommands

Hello All,
A few years ago somebody (I think, Jagan?) emailed me the way to paste bits of a spreadsheet on to an rafcommands Post so that they present properly.
I've lost it!! Can somebody pse re-brief me on how you do it?

Direct Copy paste should work. (Above posted from a google sheet)

However I would not recommend it for large set of rows (Eg 100s of rows) or multiple posts with chunks of data - it is better to directly give access to teh spreadsheet in Google ..
