Hi Errol, I used their scanning service twice in 2019 and both times had very good results, very promptly.
I can only presume that the current covid issue is keeping them short handed

I paid Jersey Heritage ten pounds for a scan of a document back on 4 Sep 20 but, despite repeated requests, have not received said scan nor a response of any kind. I tried emailing another of their email addresses but that one has bounced back.
Anyone here know what is going on at the Heritage, please?
