Hi,
No.195 Squadron based at RAF Witchford lost Lancaster LM743 A4-R on a daylight raid to Homberg, November 2nd 1944.
The aircraft was skippered by New Zealander F/O R Palmer 421393 RNZAF, he and five of his crew survived. I am trying to establish the crash location of this aircraft.
Any help / pointers welcome.
TIA
Steve

We might not know - but we might know who does!
Hi Peter:
According Aircrew Remembered site, yes they did - note ref to LM743 is on the page for Peter Funk and his Lancaster, HK663.

Peter,
We dont have Palmer 421393 in the POW List - but the other five members are there.
