CWGC website problems?

As of last night, the CWGC website will not let me insert data into any of the Additional Fields on the Find War Dead section (e.g. Date of Death). I called the CWGC and the very helpful person at reception was able to use these fields on her side of the system (which she said would be the same as the public one).

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hello Keith,
I mentioned this problem some time ago and it still does not work for me. Makes searching quite difficult.

Are you both using old browsers? Explorer, Chrome or Firefox or another?

Perhaps your browsers need updating?

Are your laptops or PC getting old?

Thanks Dennis - pleased to say it is back to normal this morning and I can now use Additional Fields again! As Alex said, it did make searching awkward.

I use Chrome and, yes, my laptop is needing replaced...
