Help to identify AGs on Halifax “E” 138 Sqn on the night 8th/9th July 1944

Oulette was posted in on 23/6/44 from 11 Base with his crew. The AGs were Best and Barnicke

Correct but there is always the possibility that one of the ordinary gunners was missing due to illness. The code letter could also be wrong in one of the documents. I have seen several examples were the code letter differs between combat report and ORB. The absence of crew lists in the ORB makes is difficult to verify information from the combat report.
