    There seems to be a law of digitisation that says that loads of stuff will be digitised but not the bits you were looking for. I wonder if the current corvid crisis (too many magpies and crows!) will cause an acceleration of digitisation. Those logbooks on the IBCC website would otherwise be lost to researchers unless they stumbled across the owner of one. The IWM has some partly digitised but the above mention digitisation law seems to come into play.
