    Default Group Captain J.W. JEAN

    This officer was recommended for a CBE about December 1942. He was on the staff of the RAF Mission to Canada. Although the award was not approved (and no other during the war) I am nevertheless curious as to his full name, service number, and any other biographical details as might be readily available.
