FLYING ACCIDENT. OFFICER SEVERELY INJURED AT DUXFORD. Flight-Lieut. T. J West (Theodore James West MC), Royal Air Force, sustained severe injuries the result flying accident at Duxford, Cambridge, yesterday is cnUoal condition. Lieut West has been attached to No. 19 (Fighter) Squadron of Grebes, at Duxford, since April, 1924. He is in a critical condition
