Hello Andy,
From what I found in "Fledgling Eagles" there were some 16 MF.11's that were available at the start of the Norwegian Campaign.
Then later only 14 with one of them unserviceable.
Which left 13 a/c.
I am a few short.
Could only find a/c numbers for 13 a/c as follows.
304; 306; 308; 310; 312; 316; 324; 328; 332; 334; 338 ; 342 and 346.
342 s/d 17/18 April and 328 s/d 1/ May. Both it would seem by British forces.
Others were lost at sea or destroyed on the ice fields during the campaign and some were taken to Finland, those left were captured by the German invading forces.

Alex,
"Norske Militaerfly 1912-2013" by Sverre Mo and others (publisher Bodoni Forlag) is an excellent reference source.
302 and 318 were also captured by the Germans (they were at the Horten factory), as was 322 at Bergen.
326 was lost on 13Apr40
336 went to Finland in Jun40
As you say, only 342 and 328 went (or tried to go) to Scotland.
