Pavel, I would say that in this context, "RAF" and "Air Ministry" could be considered one and the same, although I would always say it was an RAF form. Any other ideas on this question out there?

Hi all,
AMO A.978/42 regarding FE service conditions mentioned "Form 1739" and "Form 42" in relation to the recommendation and selection procedure of FE candidates.
So far I have no luck googling an example of those forms or any description of them
I am interested in:
1. were they AM Forms or RAF Forms?
2. what was the title or use of each one?
TIA

David, thanks for your comment, I have somehow missed it.
Yes I understand that AM from or RAF from is not so important in this case, I was just curios as I was not able to google out anything useful about those forms.
I have also browse quickly The King's Regulations and Air Council Instructions but now luck with those two forms so far.
