James Christopher Whiston 1082520, attached to RAF Uxbridge, was admitted to the Royal Victoria Hospital, Netley, seriously ill on 2nd January and died of pulmonary tuberculosis

Lily May Holland 2076183, formerly attached to Number 1 MT school but medically discharged at the time of her death, died in the North Wales sanatorium, Ruthin, of tuberculosis. She had first been admitted seriously ill with hemopytysis to RAF hospital Kirham on 28/09/41 before going before a medical board on 04/11/41

A family Obit Notice in the Belfast Telegraph mentions "Killed on Air Operations" .. any aircraft loss from this date we can tie that one with?

Frank Leonard Passy 1628309, attached to 5010 ACS, died in SSQ at RAF Stornoway from a fractured skull sustained in a fall complicated by broncho pneumonia
George Frederick Loewi 119437, attached to ACAS(I) DD13, died in the Chalfont Nursing home, Chalfont St. Peters, of a combination sub acute bacterial endocarditis, streptococus viridans and aortic and mitral regurgitaion

Doris Davies 451607, attached to Number 3 Signals School, TTC as an ACH/Batwoman was admitted to RAF Hospital Melksham, seriously ill with miliary tuberculosis on 28th February which became complicated with septecemia causing her death
