At this point could I suggest that we pause. Henk always placed his requests shortly after the release of the latest Air Britain list of UK air crashes which has just been released but only partially covers the 11 Dec 1943.

By pausing at this point it will prevent us having to go back to the thread at the end of the year when more of December 1943 is released.

Mohamed Saleh 6933 , attached to Number 44 Company, but a deserter at the time of his death, was mortally wounded by the civil police whilst resisting arrest near Ayios Epiktitos , dying of his wounds in Number 57 General hospital at 23:30 Hours

Billy George Robins 1324621, attached to Number 8 R&SU , was admitted dangerously ill to Number 1 British General hospital on 9 December where he died of dysentery

Cecil Alfred James Colegate 1426731, attached to 60 MU, was dead on admission to SSQ at RAF Shipston at 07:40 Hours. The cause of death was found to be facial neuralgia
