    Hello

    AC1 Albert H. ASHMAN - 840851 - the National Probate Calendar records that he died at Dartford County Hospital.

    F/Sgt (WOp/Ag) John A. HARCOURT - 516423 - the National Probate Calendar records: 'last seen alive on 4 February 1943, and whose dead body was found on 5 February and who died on war service.'

    LAC John M. SAXBY - 1397534 - the Bognor Regis Observer of February 13th reported that he was one of four victims of a 'sneak raid on a South Coast town by four Focke Wulf fighter-bombers last Friday afternoon.' He was home on leave, and his death was registered at Chichester.

    F/Sgt Frank CRIGHTON - 1352289 - the Manchester Evening News of February 9th 1943 carried the following announcement:

    CRIGHTON - in loving memory of our dear son, Flight Sergt. FRANK CRIGHTON, who died suddenly at R.A.F. Hospital in February.

    UPGRADE to Frank Crighton 1352289. he suffered an epeleptic fit, having concealed his epilepsy when he joined the RAF 2.5 years before his deat, and died two days later in hospital of status epilepticus. It was considered that his epilepsy may have been mild but the stress of his wife being dangerously ill may have triggered a stronger attack

    Edward William C. Eaglen 1269479 , was wounded in action in Hurricane IIB BE 397 at Melaha airfield at 16;00 hours on 3 February . Admitted to Number 8 South African Medical clearing station, he was transferred to Number 1 Mobile hospital in Tripoli where he died of his wounds

    Alfred Ellis Shires 1059955 , attached to Number 42 AS , died in the 15th Scottish general hospital of a brain abscess of the left temporal lobe, venticulitis and chronic otitis media

    Alfred George Dromgoole 1233732 ,recorded as an ACH/GD in his records, not a pilot, attached to RAF Coltishall , was seriously injured in a flying accident in Martinet HP 138 which crashed at 09:30 hours on 29 January 200 yards South of RAF Coltishall. The pilot of the aircraft, Flight Sergeant De Courcey was slightly injured. Both were admitted to RAF Hospital, Ely, where Dromgoole died of his injuries
